Why is voting important?
I think voting is an opportunity for the people to can choose a government with good politicians. This opportunity is not necessarily used because many people believe their vote doesn't matter or don't have the motivation to get up in the morning and exercise their right to vote. Also, voting allows us to claim better health, education, and safety for all, it is the only way to raise our voices to achieve change in our country. but the previous governments didn't promote the importance of voting and it was always the same people who went to vote.
Anyways, in my family, we always had conversations about my grandmother's time when she couldn't even vote and how now that it is possible, many of us don't give it real importance.
The last Sunday we had a historic turnout of people voting for a new constitution, Perhaps the results were not what many people expected but I hope that in the future many more duly informed people will continue to exercise their right to vote because If you don't vote, other people will make the vote and make the decision for you.
And try to be a little informated about what you vote, not only go to vote for a obligation or vote for the last thing what you heard how to said Dewey of Malcom xd

EliminarHi Francisca, It is true that many times we do not give real importance to the vote, I hope that in the next processes it will not be the obligatory vote that moves us to vote.
